365 Days of Fitness: Day 2 - 24

I have made it past 21 days on this 365 days of fitness journey. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit right! Well I think I have been doing really well on this new journey. I feel amazing. I already feel lighter on my feet and I am able to do a lot of everyday activities with significantly more energy. These signs usually tell me I am on the right path.
